Baby Love

To quote a Supreme’s song !
It’s Saturday morning, almost 10 am, and I am still in my pjs. I’m not quite awake enough to brace the coldness in order to change just yet. Gulps more coffee. The sun is shining today, even though it is still a bit chilly. Sunday promises to be a tad bit warmer reaching into the 40s.
My Irish Hike Scarf & WUA squares are still in progress. But, I just needed a distraction. So, I began to knit preemie baby hats. I found a very cute, free, pattern (here) through my searching at Ravelry. Even though there are a couple of patterns there, I chose to go with the “heart hat”. The hearts are kinda hard to see in the pastel colored Patons Beehive Baby Sport yarn, but they are there. So cute. I did make the first one out of the pink color, but I forgot to take a pic before handing it over to a knit & hook group member who works for one of the local hospitals. Btw, this Beehive Baby Sport is sooooo soft. I just want to cuddle with it.
I hope to get some time this evening to watch Gone Baby Gone. Make it a good weekend Peeps! Till next time, Stay Warm!

Aw, how sweet! Very cute.
how lovely!
Hope you dont get to cold over there! But umm, could you please send some snow our way? Im still waiting! HAHA.. How many hats do you plan to make?
That is just adorable. You know it is warmer here in MN than where I live right now. Go figure! LOL
That’s so nice that you’re making preemie hats. It’s very emotional as a parent to have a preemie and a beautiful and soft hat like will really bring a smile to the parents’ faces. My oldest daughter was 4lbs 12oz when born and it was really hard to find clothing for her.
