The Nice Guy Wins

Yay! Congrats NY Giants! Wow whatta game! I must say the game was awesome! I started out merely watching the game for the “commercials” as I made some more squares for WUA. I knew the moment the Giants should win was before the game started and Manning walked up to Brady on the field and offered Brady his handshake in sportsman-like conduct and Brady ignored him. I thought “how rude - Brady doesn’t deserve to win after that”! And sure enough, the nice guy won!
Btw, what did happen with those commercials this year? Those ad execs must of taken one too many lunches. There were only 2 that I thought were cute, naturally involving animals - the Bud commercial with the Rocky Balboa Clydesdale & his trainer the dalmation and the Bridgestone commercial with the squirrel. Have you ever braked for a squirrel? I do, and I slow down to let them pass. 
I was rooting for the Giants to begin with so I was very happy! Woo hoo! After I saw that bit with the handshake before the game, I couldn’t even feel sorry for the Pats after.
I heard that there was criticism the last year at how nasty the commericials were getting so they tuned them down a bit. I liked the carrier pigeons!
I always cheer for the underdog when I don’t have a favorite team, so naturally the Giants had my attention. I missed the “no handshake” deal.
I really think the serious Super Bowl ads have to go. I love the funny or cute ones. I especially love it when an ad is over and you don’t remember what they were trying to sell. LOL, that totally happened on about three of them for me.
