Ugh! I woke straight up from somber sleep this morning to a nose that wanted to blow and blow and blow. EEE-gads. I stopped about an hour ago. So much phlem. sorry. Where in the blazes does all that gook come from?! If only it were bottle-able and sell-able. Dang.
Organization is so a top priorty for me this year. I’ve been feeling “overloaded” with stuff (not that I’m a boneafide pack rat) that it’s just driving me bonkers. So hence, there is ……
Happy news to report. I had been on the search for a computer desk and a bookcase to complete the office I am trying to set up in my house. I had been looking specifically for a cube-style bookcase to house my medical reference books plus my knitting/crochet books. Low and behold I found exactly what I was looking for. The picture above is from the furniture website, and instead of the oak shown, it will be in a cherry color. Both pieces are due to arrive next week. Woo Hoo! So, you know what I’ll be doing this weekend…………. cleaning, moving things around, and making room!
Did ya’ll get to see Lisa’s sweater (yellow & green one that George’s mom held up for Callie to see because she thought Callie & George were still together and “trying”.) last night on Grey’s? I was surprised to see it in the very first 5 minutes of the show. It was so pretty. (if you missed it….. you can see it here.) Who knew that George’s mother is a knitter also??! I chuckled though, when George’s mom was making the hat for Bailey’s son Tuck …. it had a pom pom on it ….. thought to myself… wow that was fast…. I will admit I mostly watched Greys, but flip flopped to Apprentice now and then. I missed the whole insults scene with Gene and Ivanka, but I managed to see the final video spots for Pedigree and agree hands down the men’s video was the best. The ladies I’m afraid have not found the Apprentice Mojo. Will they ever? I don’t know.
Have a good weekend all. For those who are receiving good weather… please enjoy double for me. Looks like snow is moving back in. Ugh!
I couldn’t help but wonder if the producers made an oopsie and thought that the baby set was crocheted, but later laughed and decided she’s bi-crafty… and yes, I put waaay too much thought into it. But some people wouldn’t know crochet from knit… yup, waaay too much thought. LOL

Yes, the baby sweater was crocheted. I think that is what Lisa mostly does. I’ve been “reading around” and some feel that it was quite comical that the baby sweater was crocheted, but the hat George’s mom was making was knitted. Naturally such comments came from “strickly knitters”. Can’t a person do both now and then ?? I felt like saying….
I do both because some projects are just better crocheted and then others are just better knitted. I don’t discriminate.
Yes, I heard about the sweater and watched the episode. Very cute! I was glad McDreamy and Meredith broke up. Ugh! She needs her head chopped off. I hope they stay that way but I’m sure they will be on and off all season. Geez.
We can only hope!
