Afghan Remorse… kinda

    Not really.  It’s just …. Ugh!  I’m getting there… seriously I’m almost finished…another foot to go. Thank Heaven!    It’s so heavy….. swear it’s gotta be 10 pounds atleast.  Aye Karumba!

Watched DWTS last night.  Knew deep down that Marie was not the winner.  Her doll performance kinda threw me also, but I think because it was a freestyle-type dance she just wanted to do something fun of her choice.   I really thought Mel B & Max were gonna win for sure (really loved the dance she did in that white dress - can’t think of it now - but that was just awesome), but Helio just blew me away.  I can see why he did win - by looking back last night at all the times he danced - he was smiling and having fun the entire time, and each time he got better and better.  The race car dance was really fun too, I thought.  Good for him & Julie Ann.   I’m kinda interested to see how the Bruno vs. Carrie Ann show is gonna pan out in January.  Plus there’s been some rumor talk about DWTS coming back in the spring??  All this dancing might be a little too much for me. 

Anywho, I got up early this morning to run errands so I could devote this afternoon to homework.  One errand of which was bopping into the grocery store where I found the new issue of Creative Knitting (Jan ‘0 (preview here).  Really cute sweater ideas in there. 

I have Christmas ornaments to show for, but until after next Tuesday when our Knit & Hook group has our ornament exchange.  So ya’ll will have to sit tight for that one. 

Well, gotta run.  I’m hungry… time for lunch.   Dinner today will be Sloppy Joes & Fries.   Don’t know why but I’ve just been craving sloppy joes.
