Yard Sale & a new Read

I finished Knit Together by Debbie Macomber last night. None the less the book was inspirational and you get to know her a little better. She sounds like a very sweet person. (P.s. Check in periodically to her website. She adds free knitting & crochet patterns.) Moving on….my next read is going to be The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman. The movie is due out in December of this year, and I’ve heard wonderful things about the story so far so I’m getting ahead start.
I had a yard sale today. It was the perfect day for one weather wise but sellin’ wise…. didn’t do as well as I expected, but $12.75 is nothing to sneeze at either. Hopefully tommorrow will be better…… Cha Ching!
Like my pretty HOT pink sock?! I’m making a pair of house socks for a ….whoopsie…. can’t say …. ! I should be done with the 2nd sock sometime this weekend.

I LOVE the golden compass… Just to warn you though you NEED to read all 3. The first two books just leave you hanging and they’re impossible to put down so get the other 2 now.
