Superbowl Sunday - Knit In ! Bring it on!

Squares made: 3
The cat joined me on the couch around the last minutes of the 3rd Qtr as I flipped back to check the score. I poked him in the head a couple of times with my knititng needles… as he attempted to chew my yarn. Anyways, my lap is totally numb now.
Colts won! Congratulations!
I’ll keep making more squares. I noticed in the live blog that this is a year long project for DIY. Yay!

I cant believe they didnt pull it off. Man oh Man! my poor hubby! Yay on getting the squares made. I will have to check into that. I have tons of yarn to use up.

I TRIED to stay up and set the recorder for the game to watch over theweek but I was asleep even before Mark last night so no watching of thathere… Mind you it was on the telly just I was to tired! Good on ya for knitting hte squares! and hope your runny nose gets better they really do get in the way of knitting/crocheting as it makes you have to put down your work..how dare that runny nose! haha.

What?! Did you knit all 3 squares during the show? Dang, you’re good! I’m much too slow. I’m glad this is a year long thing as I have lots of knitting practice to do therefore, lots of squares to make.

Sounds like you all had a lot of fun I only got to finish one square and it was too wide!! I cast on the same amount as on the booties I was working on! So it goes into the box of odds and ends to be made into a crazy afghan some day. Waste not want not. I’m glad it’s a year long project. I think I’ll wait til I’m done with Dulaan knitting to make any more. Those small squares are so much easier to knit in the summer anyway. Have fun!
